God værelses størrelse alt virkede, tæt på transport men ikke er specielt hyggeligt placeret hvis man vil rundt i København til fods.

Really nice and spacious studios, and service was great and wifi was really good! Constant and helpful communication from the team throughout my stay, not as close to the city centres as first thought but there’s a station and electric bikes which are short walks away which we used regularly.

Good location right next to the S-train, only 10 min to the city center. Clean apartment, comfortable beds, kitchenette equipped with all the necessary things. Advantage is a supermarket just around the corner. Helpful staff.

- I experienced a low level of flexibility when communicating with this host. It was possible to extend my stay with non-refundable booking via Airbnb (the only option available there and no reference to alternative types of booking elsewhere). However, it was impossible to reduce the stay with 10 days notice. I appreciate hosts, who establish a connection with their guests. This is something notable and typically I return to places who are collaborative. This wasn’t my experience with this host.
- The number of standard information messages could be reduced without the loss of keeping guests well informed.
- The units are on the ground floor with limited sound isolation.
- The guests staying in units located close to the metal staircase will be disturbed by the additional noises.
- Little privacy with windows on the eye level from the outside and no privacy screens installed. The only privacy option is shutting the drapes.
- A very basic dish washing set (one pre-used scrubbing tool, one dish towel, one kitchen cloth), no fresh sponge. No dishwashing machine. There is nowhere to dry dishes or utensils. There’s no kitchen area light.
- The units are clean and have a basic level of comfort: bed, table, stove. The fridge and microwave are in the closet. The space appears to be remodeled from ground floor storage. To me it felt like the units were staged by a person who never lived in a studio apartment or a space like it: bed is close to windows, reduced privacy and increased noise. I travel a lot for work and I have stayed in incredibly cosy small studio apartments but STUDIO 1A was not it for me.
- The bathroom is not equipped with readily available storage shelves. There was no thought of how guests will manage their toiletries. It felt like the space was not designed with people feeling at home in mind as a main priority.
- Given all factors above, this is an overpriced option for the experience I had.

Great price, clean and 5 minutes from train. The kitchen was very useful and washing machine so convenient.

Very good installations, clean, warm and easy to check in and out.
Very attentive hosting crew, eager to help.
We missed a hand towel hang by the sink - they are located at the opposite wall of the bathroom and covered by the open door.
We also could have made good usage of instructions on how to operate the washer-dryer machine, were there any.
TV set is Chromecast only, making it a little hard for Apple mobiles to connect to.
Only downside is the shower curtains - expect to have the whole bathroom wet.

Excellent customer service; the response time is very fast and they are always open to support you. The rooms are very clean, spacious and have all the necessary elements (washing machine, fridge, small stove, hair dryer, iron and iron board). Totally recommend!

Sehr schöne, saubere und kleine Apartments. Ideal für sowohl einen Kurzurlaub als auch einen Langzeitaufenthalt. Service ist via Tablet im Zimmer 24/7 erreichbar.
