Area is offices and industrial, but you are fast in the city. Both, the sleeping sofa and the bed mattresses are super soft and needs replacement. All of us got back pain after the first night already. The bed room has no windows and the air was very sticky. It only gets ventilated from the living room but the windows cannot be fully opened. Toilet seat was broken and is very run down. It is clean and responsiveness from Management was super fast and helpful.

The apartment is called "by the lake" but it is actually next to a big parking garage and some big office buildings and the street does not look nice at all.
I recommend being careful with this place because I think the description and the photos do not represent the reality. This is my experience with this place:
There were so many hairs in the bed. I think they were not changed.
The toilet cover was very old and looked dirty.
The kitchen sink was dirty.
When we complained about the dirtiness, the manager (I guess) came to check and she offered to refund the cleaning fee! We refused to stay in this dirty place and left. I had to book another place to stay in the end.
I paid 439 Euros for this place for 2 nights. I requested a full refund as it is not acceptable for us to stay in such a place but the owner ignored my request.
Also this place sold us a parking ticket but actually parking was free in the streets on the days we stayed here and there were so many empty parking spots just in front of the apartment. I still don't get why they wanted to sell us a parking ticket which cost more than 50 Euros.
