Perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable, quiet, nice bed and very convenient location. It's in such a good location for mols bjerge national park that it's worth considering as a place to stay while sight seeing.

There is a vending machine with coffee and food downstairs if you miss the airport cafe and it's late at night. The breakfast was a little sad and could be improved. If you have time, I suggest driving to femøller or ebeltoft to one of the cafes instead.

There were two small issues. First, the code we received did not work. It was easy because we just went to the arrivals hall to get a key. The second small thing is we pre-ordered 2 breakfasts and only received one!

One suggestion: I suggest having 2 chairs in rooms for 2 people.

The Aarhus airport hotel is a great option for those needing a place to stay after an incoming flight or if departing on an early flight.

Checking in was easy using the code that I received via text message. This code gave access to the elevator and also to the hotel room itself.

The room was clean, comfortable and stylish. The bed was comfortable and the overall atmosphere was nice. I was pleasantly surprised that I couldn’t hear any noise outside, especially since the runway is so close by.

There is the possibility of connecting your phone to the TV to stream your favorite shows, movies, etc. that is a nice touch especially in a place where there really is no entertainment nearby.

I ordered breakfast to be delivered in the morning and that was perfect! Having a nice hot coffee and a bun with cheese and jam was exactly what I needed. 👌🏼

The reason the hotel is 4 stars and not 5 is that there really isn’t a good setup for getting food other than breakfast. I arrived at the hotel around 15:30-16:00, and made the mistake of leaving the secured part of the terminal (airside) where the restaurant was, because I just wanted to go straight to the hotel. After settling into the hotel room, I saw that there was a restaurant that I could order room service from but when I scanned the QR code for this, I just received a pop up saying that in hours outside of the restaurants operating hours, I could buy food from the vending machines in the terminal.

There was no contact information listed and after seeing the sad looking food in the vending machine, I tried to see what other options there were. And given, I did not have a car at that point so I depended on takeaway and delivery or taxis. I checked Wolt and they didn’t deliver in the area. Thankfully 1 restaurant on Just Eat did, called Den Gyldne Cafe, who I can recommend to others if you find yourself in the same situation.

I would recommend future guests to purchase food at the restaurant before leaving airside or ensuring they can travel to eat. At the same time, I think it would be good for Aarhus Airport Hotel to have some kind of contact phone number that you can call in case of any issues.

So overall, very nice stay but be aware of the dinner situation.

Skön säng och bra täcke och kudde. Hade det inte varit för att vi fick använda det ena täcket i barnets säng då den saknade madrass, så hade vi sovit gott. Nu blev det sisådär. Gammalt hår från tidigare gäst i duschen hade vi också kunnat vara utan. Men, nu ska vi ut och resa! ☀️

Visstja. Det fanns heller inget kaffe att få på morgonen på flygplatsen. Katastrof! Däremot så hjälpte den snälla receptionisten oss med en kopp (fast vi ju två).
