Dette sted er ikke pengene værd, der er ikke styr på noget hvad angår rengøring og desinfektion, vi fik lov at komme ind til middag, som var rigtig fint men måtte konstatere at den ene seng var brugt og at der ikke havde været gjort rent meget længe. Køkkenet var halvvejs taget ned ingen låger, der hang en seddel som sagde at der var under renovering som var 3 mdr gammel, stikket på køleskabet var knækket og total livsfarligt hvis man ikke ved hvordan man omgås el. Bruseniche var så tilkalket at det var helt hvidt og mug i fugerne. Ingen gardiner og en duftfrisker et sted vi ikke kunne finde der var så kraftig at vi ikke kunne holde det ud. Jeg er normalt ikke sart
Men det her var ikke ok. På køkkenbordet stod en beskidt elkeddel og kaffemaskine plus en mikroovn, 2 tallerkener 2 glas og et sæt bestik det er hvad der kunne tilbydes. Håber udlejer strammer op, det et ikke egnet til udlejning.

Vælg ikke dette sted, snavset, ikke lagt rent på sengene, ikke støvsuget, mangler lys i værelset, ingen gardiner og er under renovering. Alt i alt bliv væk.

PLACE/ROOM (9/10): A house on the outskirts of Kolding. If you have a car, it shouldn't be a problem, but I'm not sure about getting there by public transport or on foot. The owner rents out the entire house and leaves the key on the door. The interior of the room and the spaciousness of the house were very soothing for me. However, note that the beds are single, not double. We had to combine them to sleep.

PRICE (9/10): Compared to the rip-off hotels nearby, this place was reasonably priced. We paid 337.50 DKK (45 Euros).

SERVICE (9/10): Inside, there were multiple outlets, towels, and everything you needed. Be aware that you can't get electricity directly by plugging into the outlets; there's a lever that activates the key when you move it.

CLEANLINESS (9/10): Quite clean.

ADDITIONAL FEES AND HIDDEN COSTS (10/10): Thankfully, there were none.

OVERALL IMPRESSION: Overall, it was a nice place. I don't know why some people wrote negative reviews. I considered it as a place I could go again.

The place is an annex of a house in a lovely and safe neighborhood near the city. All of the houses are one storey. These are individual houses with gardens. The facility has free parking space just in front of the house. This is a safe place. But may be difficult to arrive if you do not have a car.

We came late in the evening, directly to the adress. We saw the card at the window, telling that the door is open and key is inside. The door gets locked from inside when you pull the door handle up. I had read that it was not locking, but other visitors probably could not understand how to lock it. One more thing, you should switch the button to get electricity from the plug sockets. The WiFi password is on the table (written in a card inside the plate)

It is cosy and warm inside. You can bring your tea/coffee with you, and buy some food from the markets nearby (if you have a car). You can use the kettle in the kitchen. There is plate, forks and glasses. There is a refrigerator as well, which we did not use. There are clean towels in the bathroom, but you should bring your own shampoo. The water in the shower is hot. There are 2 separate beds that we attached to each other. The blankets are very soft. The basics are okey. On the main room looking outside, there is curtain, but on the other part of the room that looks at the garage, there are no curtains. It is okey and probably nobody gets in there, but if you are sensitive for your privacy, this may be a disadvantage.

It is not luxurious, neither very very clean (glasses, plates etc), not have perfect privacy (the curtain etc). But if you are looking for a real basic cost stay, and if you have a car, this is a perfect place. We loved it!!

For a place in Denmark, the night was truly inexpensive and I think this could turn out to be a really neat small sleeping place for by-passers and other travelers, if renovations are finished, at least it looks like the place is getting renovated. So as you might have guessed there are some major flaws for me. 1st was that the entrance door wasn't lockable. 2nd being the cleanliness of the place I mean I don't anticipate much but the room
was full of cobwebs and household dust and one of our bed sheets was dirty at arrival. What might be valuable information for guests is also that there is a “kitchen” just not with cooking equipment, at least there is a refrigerator.

Een b&b met veel mogelijkheden die helaas niet helemaal benut worden.
Geen personeel gezien waardoor ik geen ontbijt kon bestellen. Het slot op de voordeur werkte niet. Geen handdoeken aanwezig. Geen waterkoker.
Wel een lage prijs dus moet ik misschien niet teveel verwachten.
