We really enjoyed our stay at the capsule hotel. The location is beyond competition. The capsules were small, but we expected that. Showers and toilets are clean, but I definitely would recommend bringing some flipflops. The room was actually really quiet, and everyone was respectful. Overall, I would say it's worth it if you're traveling on a budget.

Don’t leave your luggage in the storage room. It is located right by the exit and where the rooms are, surrounded by cameras that “don’t work”. My backpack was stolen, with items in it totalling about £2000. I was offered appalling service in trying to locate it, the staff couldn’t care less, offering me measly compensation if I take the review down. You will be forced to cram all of your luggage in the bunk rooms themselves, struggling for room. The beds are rock solid and the fans are for air circulation only, no ac. The bathroom is filthy so I advise bringing your own flip flops if you have to stay here. Holiday ruined.

+: Good hostel for reasonable price! The bed and the capsule were very clean and comfortable, I even checked under the bed for bedbugs but no dirt or anything. The toilet and shower were clean in general. Other people staying in the same room were noisy - not the hostel's responsibility of course, but it was nice that they had free earplugs were available in the reception. The downstairs sitting area was super cute. Location is unbeatable!
-: There was a bad smell from the toilets throughout the day. There is only a USB socket in the capsule so I couldn't charge my laptop. The areas to store luggages or hang jackets/towels are very limited, the upstairs capsule's hanger was blocking my enterance. The towels and clothes get wet in the shower, putting a curtain in between could be a nice idea.

Writing this in the middle of the night since it's pretty much impossible to sleep at the moment, wish I checked the reviews before booking.
I come from a pretty warm country, and even for me, the capsule is absolutely suffocating, the fan doesn't seem to be doing anything at all, so absolutely no ventilation and pretty stuffy air, specially in a two person capsule, had to take off half of my clothes and I'm still quite hot (it's 10°C outside), and if you want to open the capsule for air, you're met with a hallway where a super bright light is permanently on with no option of turning it off, so that's off the table.
The capsule itself has incredibly bright buttons next to the door as well, and the glossy finish of the walls and ceiling makes them reflect everywhere, as well as the hallway light getting in through the frame of the door.
There's a light you can turn on inside the capsule, which is the only sort of lighting you'll get, but at soon as you plug in your phone or anything to charge, the light either dims almost completely or starts blinking, so it can only handle one thing or the other.
There's no sound proofing either, so you'll be constantly hearing people talking inside and outside the capsules, people going in and out, the bathroom door, etc.
Something the capsules could really benefit from would be a way to tell that someone's inside, I feel like the people outside would be more quiet and considerate if there was a way for them to tell there's people sleeping close by, way too many door slams and loud steps late at night.
The location is amazing and the capsules are a cool concept, but besides that, there's nothing else, there's not even lockers to put your bags in, and as an above average person in height, sleeping with a big backpack right by my feet and being unable to fully stretch my legs hasn't been too great. I could've put them outside, but with so many people complaining about getting their stuff stolen here with no help from the staff, I'm not taking any chances.
The mattress and pillows seem fine enough besides a tiny stain in the mattress, but I've read from very recent reviews that some of the other capsules are not as clean as they should be, specially the matresses, as well as complaints of bed bugs, which I haven't seen myself, so I don't have a say there, still thought of pointing it out just in case.
There's also very few toilets for the amount of people in a single floor, and the doors don't close fully, so you're forced to lock the door no matter what, as well as having to push really hard on the toilets for them to flush properly.
It's very affordable for being right in the middle of Copenhagen, and we only planned to stay for a night before going to a quick trip to Sweden, so we went for it, but I wish we payed a bit more for a place that at least has functional ventilation.

Great place, exceeding expectations. My first time in a capsule, so was a bit concerned of noise, which “neighbors” to expect and how clean the facilities would be.||The capsule itself was really good. Clean linnen, spacious for one person, wifi, USB’s for cables. ||Bathroom and toilets were kept clean (cleaned 3 or 4 times a day).||All my neighbors were quiet and was mostly young back packers.||Two downsides;|- a minor one: the touch panel for accessing the capsule was a bit hard to use since it didn’t always catch the numbers I put in|- a larger one: In case of a fire, it would be diffucult to escape. Fire extinguishers were present, but only escape route seems to be the main staircase. Apperently no windows besides the one in the bathroom.

I found the rooms very clean and the capsules also. The mattress and pillow are very comfortable.
The bathrooms are clean also, maybe they could be a bit more of them.
The pods have a working little fan, light and 4 USB ports, 2 of which are QC 4 type C for super fast charging of phones. If it had a AC power socket it would be nice also.
Perfect for a short visit alone or with friends.

I really liked the hotel itself and the capsules, but there is no security at all, there are no cameras or guards. I left my things outside the capsule for 20 minutes while I was in the toilet. Then unknown people stole my charger, shoe dryer and universal travel adapter all in one. The reception was no help. nobody cares. There is no storage room, and the capsule is small for suitcases. It's not safe to leave things behind. We are afraid for our things. How is this even possible? Why is there no protection for guests? because of this, the whole impression is bad about Denmark and about this hotel. don't come here if you want to relax peacefully.

Our connecting flight was changed so that we needed to spend the night in Copenhagen. We wanted to see the old center, so we found the hotel online. We were very pleased at the location. The walk into the hotel is enchanting. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price paid the capsule was fine. The mattress and bedding was clean and comfortable. The shared toilet / shower room was clean. We are an older couple and found our experience lovely. Made us feel young again.
