Our trip began by walking into the room, and it was very noticeable that it was not properly cleaned. There were a few pieces of broken glass on the bathroom floor. We picked that up and put it on the shelf by the mirror and went back downstairs to tell the front desk.
They were shocked and gave us a beer and a coke. They wanted to move us to a different room but we came with friends and wanted to stay close to their room so we asked them to just clean the room and we would not make a fuss about it.

An hour later we were told the room had been cleaned again and we went in and saw that it had been vacuumed and didn't see the glass pieces on the little shelf so I thought everything was fine and jumped in the long awaited shower.

When I stepped out of the shower I stepped on a piece of glass. Then I looked around and found the other pieces on the floor.

That means the cleaning person just wiped the shelf and threw the glass back onto the floor!

So downstairs we went again. This time I took the pieces of glass with me.

They were all really shocked at the reception and very sorry and gave me back the money for one of the 4 nights I had booked.
I told them to do better and clean the room again the next day, but the more I looked around in the room over my stay there, the more dirt I found.

It seemed like the cleaning crew and the front desk don't work as a team in the hotel and in that same house are 4 different hotels. The location is perfect and the food in the area is great but find another hotel, this is not worth the 6600 krona I spent.

We had a stay recently at this hotel in Copenhagen and enjoyed our stay.

Highlights: Room was really nice and large (got a cool older style to them), bathroom was very big with a bath tub, bed was very comfortable, great location (very close to Tivoli, Copenhagen Central station, metro, Christmas markets) and friendly and helpful staff.

They also had a nice bar area downstairs which I didn't get a change to go to, but it has a nice charm about it.

Our stay was very comfortable and we enjoyed the hotel a lot and would recommend it for its great location and particularly first time visitors to Copenhagen.

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for 4 days. When i booked at this hotel it stated on their website that the double room was at least 21m2. When we arrived, the hotel had a really bad smell and you could feel that the corridors hadn't been clean for a while. The room we entered was not more than 15m2 with a bathroom. Im pretty sure that the room hadnt been propely cleaned for a while as i could feel the surge for my dust allergy increase by 2000%. By all chance, i forgot my dust allergies and i felt like i was being punished by the hotel for it. Beforehand, I asked the hotel to have some diary free and gluten free alternatives for breakfast. There were 2 alternatives for 4 days. I feel like today me is disappointed i didn't do more research before spending money on this hotel.

Absolute trash of a hotel. I booked a double room and on their website it states that the double room are 21m2. I can assure you that the room we stayed in didn't even get to 15. The room was small and it had a really bad smell. It was a lot of dust in the room. I forgot my dust allergy medicine and it felt like i was being punished by the hotel for it. I recommend that this should be you last resort. Even if every hotel in the city is booked i would even recommend couch surfing instead. Whatever you do, do not book at this hotel. Save your money and run.

A truly lovely hotel in the heart of Copenhagen but with one feature letting itself down. |The room was mid-size and clean with large windows but lacked storage space. This was due to the wash basin being in the main bedroom and not in the bathroom, which was very odd! Its my first time seeing this setup in a hotel room. Maybe I haven't travelled as much as I think I have!|The bathroom itself consisted of a shower and toilet with no wash basin and no room to dry yourself. And as for the opaque glass sliding door! These are not designed for privacy.

Ho soggiornato la notte tra il 5 e 6 Giugno. Camera e colazione. Devo premettere che la mia valutazione e’ Condizionata da un problema di prenotazione. Per mio errore, al posto di prenotare la notte tra il 5 e 6 giugno, ho prenotato per la notte precedente. Il 5 giugno, mentre stavo per partire dall’Italia, ricevo dall’hotel l’avvertimento che non mi ero presentato. Naturalmente ho chiesto di poter pernottare la notte tra il 5 e 6 Giugno. Mi è stato concesso, ma ho dovuto pagare due notti. Sono stati piuttosto rigidi, del resto avevano ragione, ma avrei preferito un atteggiamento un po’ più comprensivo. Hanno. Motivato la loro decisione dicendo che avevano perso una notte, ma l’hotel non era pieno.. ciò detto la camera era bella, l hotel bello ed ottimamente posizionato nel centro di Copenhagen, vicino alla stazione in cui si arriva dall’ aeroporto ed anche a tutti i luoghi da visitare. Ottima la colazione.Ottimo hotel, ma avrei preferito un Poco più di empatia… il costo della camera non è basso, pagarla due volte poi..

Hotel je dobře umístěn. Kousek na hlavní nádraží, na metro, do Tivoli Parku i k dalším známým místům v Kodani. Trochu rušnější je blízká víceproudá silnice, ale nic, co by se nedalo přežít. Ostatní hosty jsem za dobu mého pobytu neslyšel. Pokoj byl čistý, velikost tak akorát, oceňuji velkou koupelnu s vanou. Kdybych se znovu vydal do Kodaně, klidně bych se zde opět ubytoval.
