Set in the country 10 minutes from Herning, this is a quiet, very comfortable B&B. Owners, who run an organic beef farm, live a few miles away. Rooms are spacious, new, clean, very comfortable, with nice shared kitchen, dining, and living rooms. Cable TV and internet. We came straight off the flight from US and found this a good relaxing start to our vacation. Easy drive to town, and central - we visited Ribe, Jelling, Brande, Esbjerg using Nygaard as a home base. Would definitely recommend for those who like a country setting close to everything.

I stayed at this B&B for various visits to Herning in June for the European U-21 football championships.||It is very much a farmhouse setting B&B, the nearest neighbours being one kilometre away. Although it is a farmhouse setting the house has been modernised recently. On each of the nights I stayed I was alone as I was the only guest and the owners live on another farm nearby. After being shown round the kitchen and told to feel free make myself at home I was given the run of the place. Pia, the owner, had asked me the evening before when I would like breakfast and at the agreed time she turned up and a lovely continental breakfast was provided. ||The establishment is very peaceful and quiet and is a good place to unwind after exploring central Jutland.||As I said the setting is very remote and it is probably advisable if you have a car or even a bicycle. I used taxis to get from the town and the stadium as I was travelling late at night, even accounting for the cost of the taxi it still worked out less expensive to stay out here in the countryside than stay in town.||Be brave, book a B&B with only 1 review, you won't regret it.

This place is perfect for a short stay over in Herning. It's just a 10 minute ride from Herning. We spent one night here after a concert and the place is squeaky clean, quiet and the rate is very reasonable. You get wifi and a full breakfast thrown in. The rooms are modern with bathrooms. The hosts are friendly and very service minded. Only thing we can note here is we would have liked better signing on the way. Great with tv in the room, however it was hard to view it from the bed as it did not swiwel all the way out from the wall - minor things all considered. We will be back if in the area some other time!

A bit of the beaten track but in gorgeious surroundings, this excellent value B&B gets our warmest recommendation. Pia, the proprietor, allows guests full run of her charming, Danish renovated farmhouse. We really felt at home there and were sorry we weren't staying longer. The breakfast and hospitality in general were wonderful. Thanks again, Pia.

É un posto fantastico, da consigliare assolutamente (per la tranquillità o per una visita all'HEART):||-é sperso nelle campagne, quindi tranquillissimo.||-le camere (pochissime) sono tutte nuove, semplici ma arredate con gusto; i bagni sono moderni e funzionali; tutto pulitissimo.||-gli spazi comuni sono incredibili; il "salotto" combina almeno 4 ambienti distinti, imbossibile disturbarsi con gli altri ospiti.||-cucina comune attrezzatissima.||-la padrona, Sig.ra Pia é veramente simpatica e disponibile.||Voglio aggiungere un paio di dettagli che definire negativi é troppo:||-é un pò difficile da trovare per via che i navigatori si confondono; devono esserci diverse strade con nomi simil nella regione, quindi attenzione.||-l'acqua del rubinetto (solitamente ottima in Danimarca) é estremamente ferrosa, direi imbevibile.
