Q Apartments Denmark - Zero stars. It was the only option for me since I didn't have a CPR number, and it was recommended by a mobility agency so I thought there is no room for bullsh!t. I should've paid more and stayed in a hotel instead. They overcharge everything, from rent to utilities and services. So many hidden charges too PLUS they will use your last drop of patience until they give you back your deposit money. It's been over a month since I moved out and just today I received the money. Also, in the contract they say that you should clean the apartment including walls, windows, doors..etc, but they don't tell you that they charge about 4000-5000kr from the deposit for "cleaning" regardless of how clean it is (way cleaner than how I got it). Either they scammed me or the cleaning agency scammed them. 🙂

I should've left it as it is I guess. When I asked them why did they ask me to clean it if they will clean it again they didn't answer me.
Anyway, stay away from them.

we moved into the apartment, we feel like we've not come to Denmark. the equipment is the cheapest, there is not even a desk or place to store clothes. We feel as if we were to exist here as a punishment for the next few months. The company did not live up to what is stated on the website. We report it to our company, which pays for it. Drama! we do not recommend!

We came into a place (Ndr. Fasanvej 129) that was taken over by ants. The housing agency takes more than 7 days to take care of it. The ants are everywhere. Not a word was mentioned of an ant invasion when we signed the contract.

Update: The service team was really nice and incredibly helpful. We moved to a different apartment. The Sales Rep just cared about renting the space. The new apartment is much better, but in general, it's just about milking the housing market and furnishing the place with the cheapest IKEA furniture. If you have a chance of avoiding this company, do it!

Expect 6K extra charge on final invoice. Will charge 7,5 hours to clean a small apartment, regardless of how clean it was.
Will also charge extra for window cleaning.

Even if the apartment I got was not clean, and windows dirty.

They are running a scam to grab more money (or maybe the cleaning company is scamming these guys).

Apartments are rather overpriced compared to what you actually get in my opinion.

In our experience we had loose wires around the apartment (our kid tried to pull them all the time), the drains were often clogged and the place was generally worn out.
We were not allowed to put our name(s) on the letter box unless we had used some kind of special, expensive metal plate, which had to be found on line, paid, delivered and provided by us to the company; without mentioning that because of that, important documentation we needed as we firstly moved to Denmark was not delivered with consequent swearing and inconvenience.
Putting a label with your name on the letter box out of desperation and urgent need to get your bank cards and documentation for taxes meant that it would have been removed straightaway.
We should have started getting our papers after 2/3 days there and the authorities recommended we kept our names visible, hence there was no time even if we wanted to order the plates.

To finish off, be aware that the final invoice will be rather expensive.
For our 59-meter-square apartment, already cleaned and tidied up by us with a (paid) guy who came to help, we were charged as if the apartment were as big as an estate: 7.5 hours. To be added to all the other inflated headings on the invoice.

I would try as much as possible to stay away from them but I guess that's how it works in a city where people are in desperate need of a house more than a job.
