A pochi passi dal quartiere Christiania e meno si mezz’ora a piedi dal centro città, si è rivelata essere la migliore scelta che avremmo potuto fare.
Le stanze, cosi come gli spazi comuni, sono silenziosi e quieti, sia per la politica del gestore di questa ottima struttura sia per via degli infissi che devono tener ben fuori il freddo durante l’inverno (e quindi tengono ben fuori anche i rumori di strada o altro!)
La comunicazione, l’accoglienza ed il supporto durante il soggiorno sono stati ottimi.
Ho inoltre scoperto sulla mia pelle, per un otite, che vicinissimo c’è un centro commerciale (Amager Centret) dove, oltre alla Farmacia, c’è lo studio dei medici che in Italia chiamiamo Guardia Medica. Si trova al terzo piano, il nome è Leager, ed il servizio è stato velocissimo, gratuito e soddisfacente… si spera di non averne bisogno, ma se capitasse, scegliendo questa posizione avrete anche questa importante comodità al vostro servizio.
Se tornerò a Copenaghen soggiornerò sicuramente ancora qui!

Great little pension. Clean and well-stocked. The owners are very attentive and supportive. Location is nice, with plenty of restaurant options, etc. Be aware that check-in might close at 2200h.

The situation is good. Malmö Central Station with supermarkets, restaurants, etc is within walking distance. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Malmö Saluhall, "A Food-Lovers Paradise" is easy to reach by foot.||The reception personal is very friendly and helpful.

Sproporzionato il rapporto qualità/prezzo di questa struttura (160 Euro per una singola con bagno in comune). Affittacamere ricavato all'interno di un appartamento d'epoca sulla Amagerbrogade. Camere pulite, ma i due bagni esistenti sono in condivisione con gli altri ospiti (dovrete fare i turni!!). Non esiste reception e dovete contattare il proprietario se volete fare in check-in fuori dall'orario previsto (dalle 14 alle 18)...Tutti i servizi della struttura sono in condivisione con gli altri ospiti (compresa la cucina). Il Wi-Fi si è interrotto senza motivo verso sera. La zona è ben servita e ricca di ristorantini, pub e supermercati per ogni esigenza. A pochi centinaia di metri dalla Amagerbro.

POSITIVE:||*The location was great as it was a very short walk into the city centre||||*WiFi was good.||||*Good T.V in the room with a good range of channels.||||*Free tea and coffee||||NEGATIVE:||*The guesthouse was wrongly advertised as a B&B - breakfast was not included. Luckily we had enough money to go out for breakfast every day but other people might not be in the same boat.||||*The place was not regularly cleaned. The bathroom was disgusting. The shower in particular looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in about 20 years. By day 4 the corridor outside the bathroom was reeking of urine. The smell in the corridor disappeared by day 5 but entering the bathroom after that was never a good experience for the nose.||||*The staff were really nice but never around. Other than when we checked in I only saw a staff member once at the desk the whole week I was there, then happened to bump into a staff member as we were checking out luckily but almost missed her. Not good if we had needed anything!||||*The bed was not comfortable and the pillows on the bed were as useful as resting your head on 1 singular feather. Also the double bed didn't have a double duvet but 2 singles - great for our honeymoon!

La struttura, pur non centrale, è accogliente e posta in una zona silenziosa. Purtroppo, anche se scritto nelle locandine, non si capisce immediatamente che nessuna sistemazione della struttura ha un bagno privato. E devo dire che questo porta molto in basso il giudizio complessivo. Certo, c'è una kitchinette, con possibilità di farsi una bevanda calda. Ma allora vado in un ostello e non in un B&B. Che, anche se i prezzi di Copenaghen sono alti, comunque ha un costo elevato (superiore di un 5 stelle di Helsinki). Ed io, per andarci in Agosto, l'ho prenotato il 25 febbraio!!!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene al rent a room , lo staff è stato molto gentile e sempre disponibile, noi abbiamo alloggiato in una grande camera con mobilia antica e con un bellissimo tavolo ovale dove abbiamo cenato a lume di candela. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort e molto ben riscaldato, abbiamo passato una serena settimana e poi la zona dove è situato l'alloggio, secondo noi, è la più bella di Copenhagen, vicino ai canali principali, in più la zona è molto ben servita dai mezzi pubblici.

We loved the decor and the location, but the bed was very uncomfortable. Very soft mattress that has a "ditch" in the middle and I would end up in the "hole" - the kitchen was so so, lacking some love and care. Overall ok, it depends on the room you get.
