My stay at Residence Inn Copenhagen during the Copenhagen Marathon was truly exceptional. The staff's support and local insights enhanced my marathon experience, while the corner room with its harbor view was a delightful bonus.

The hotel's modern design and open layout contributed to its inviting atmosphere, and the breakfast selection exceeded typical Residence Inn standards.

However, it's worth noting that the hotel's location was a bit of a corn. It was a tad far from the subway station, which may inconvenience some guests. Additionally, with only one elevator servicing the building, waits during busy periods were inevitable.

Despite these minor inconveniences, Residence Inn Copenhagen remains a top choice for travelers seeking comfort and convenience in the heart of Copenhagen. Its welcoming ambiance, stunning views, and attentive staff make it a standout option for any visit to the city.

We had the best time. I have never staid in such a big hotel room with the best view. Even the kitchen was equipped with really everything to cook yourself. Not only the rooms but also the lobby and the breakfast area really gave me a sense of home, warmth and comfort. But what would be a home without people. The staff was extraordinary! They really made sure we have everything we need from bikes to millions of insider coffe places in the city. I would love to thank Mr. Haber and his great front office team for make us feel at home and so welcome in your beautiful hotel. I can’t wait to come back soon.

Great quiet new hotel walking distance to Nordhavn metro station (10 min walk) and a fast ride to get into Copenhagen. Many places to eat nearby and grocery stores.

A well furnished fitness room with views of the water also a nice fitness area on the big parking garage right down the street with stairs on outside of the building to the roof. Also bikes available to borrow outside front door.

Laundry rooms on every floor I saw which are setup well.

Overall a great place and would return with friendly and helpful staff.

Improvements:

1.) Seating for breakfast area is not setup well with enough seating. People eating breakfast on couches and coffee tables with food falling on the floor. They should add more seating for eating.

2.) No hooks and barely a place to hang shower towels in bathroom especially when 3-4 guest in a room.

3.) Need to add vertical shower door seals. Floor is covered in water outside shower after just a quick shower. This is the big contributor of water damage I see in bathrooms in many other hotels.

Wow. The entire staff at this hotel has been very gracious, informative and friendly. For a hotel that is opened only 4 weeks they got it right. The hotel is connected to a Fairfield Inn and managers at the both hotels Oliver and Patrice were very accommodating. Anders was super Friendly as was Olivia and Victoria. The rooms are comfortable and the fitness center well equipped. The are many restaurants within walking distance which just add to this location.

We stayed at Residence Inn for three nights, in a Comfort Studio with sea view. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the little kitchen area well equipped and quite suitable for our needs. The hotel is located in a quiet area, with minimal traffic, and with great views of the inlet to Copenhagen Harbour.|On the down side, there is only one elevator to be shared between guests and staff, meaning long waits during “rush hours”, but all in all a nice hotel.|One tiny wish for your Danish staff: please speak your native language, when you encounter obviously Danish guests in a hotel located in Denmark 🙂

What a find in Coppenhagen! The staff is incredibly friendly eager to help, offer directions and/or help in any way, My husband and I had a great day walking around the city, seeing the sites and having dinner. It's great to come back into the hotel after and be greeted with 'How was dinner?' and a warm conversation. Both the morning and evening staff are incredible. *Special thanks for Victoria and Olivia for the fun conversation.

レジデンスイン初めての利用でした。
このホテルがレジデンスインというブランドである事の特徴を把握しておくと良いです。
コペンハーゲン空港からはmetroで一回の乗り換えで行けます。(エレベーターやエスカレーターが各駅にあるので荷物あっても安心)
metroの駅からのアクセスもよく近所にスーパーも多いです。
出張で利用するにはとても便利です。

一個だけ難点が有ります、それはホテル内にエレベーター?が1機しか無い事です。そしてそれは業務用も兼ねてます。(要注意)
滞在中は階段移動がメインになるので、膝の悪い人は気をつけてください。

Great new Marriott product. A nice homely feel to the accommodation with a little kitchenette, and very comfortable beds. Christian and Maya were fantastic and a truly great asset to the Front Desk team! ?
